Dreams are fun. Mine are!

Friends who know me know that my dreams are absolutely crazy and very "huh!".

Had a series of dreams last night. Totally outrageous. Totally!

Dream #1:

NTU appeared to be on an island, near the east of Singapore. (i don't know why. it's just a dream. hehe) And after some analysis, somehow I managed to convince myself that paddling myself to NTU will be a faster mode of transport compared to the usual bus and train ride. lol. How interesting. But there's more. So I viewed the 'route' by watching a video clip on the computer and guess what I saw... Dragonboat people (basically I only recognised Candice). Ironically they were in a canoe, but with their legs dangling into the water.

Lo and Behold! Saw them jerking their legs out of the water. Coz... there was a shark lurking in the water!!!

I swear I woke up grinning to myself like an idiot for having such a funny dream. Immediately recorded my dream in my handphone and went back to sleep. Coz i would probably forget...

Then comes Dream #2:

This is hilarious too. Kexin (my neighbour in Hall) appeared to be in a maize plantation. Probably Mrs Yik's (my JC chem teacher who pronounce atom as ah-tom.) coz she was in the dream too. Mrs Yik said the corns are maturing and that they are turning adult coz they were planted since we were 8 years old. Then Kexin commented that the corns would mature faster if we peel the outer part (the greenish layer). Lol, what a load of rubbish.

Dream #3:

I recorded this in my phone "Terrorists simulation. Fake guns." But after I woke up I can't seem to remember what had happened. How disappointing. But judging from that 2 phrases, it must have been something @#$!!@ too. Wahahahaha! I'm amazed with my dreaming abilty.

friends!

haiyo. i'm bored. there isn't much to do online anymore. went blog surfing but hardly anyone has updated . ok perhaps they have better things to do... nvm, so i shall update then. btw visitors, tag k! especially stacy foo. at least i know who's reading lah!

anyway i just met up with my pri sch frens, namely celine, van and ai peng. it's nice that we still bother to meet up after leaving pri sch so many years ago. that's a decade of friendship! = ) we went to this hong kong cafe (xin wang) and tried their toasts and this niccccccccccccccce mango ice dessert. i realised there's loads of things to eat at siglap. = )

ahhh. hmmm. i feel that maintaining friendships isn't easy at all. someone must bother to initiate a gathering. the other party must make the effort to turn up... agree? and it's even more difficult now with people in different schools and timetables. some in poly, some in uni, some in army... blah blah. and some overseas! being in uni makes me feel a bit sometimes... u still make frens, but somehow they are different... sth like, they are the "hang-out" frens, but not the type u will share secrets to and sit down for hours to chat bout the good old days. at least to me lah. but of course i still enjoy the company of my friends, whether new or old = )

growing up is interesting. and exciting in a way. it's amazing how time flies and doing things now we didn't use to in the past...

taking bus wherever we go vs driving or being driven around by frens
paying bill with cash and notes vs signing credit cards
holidaying with family vs holidaying with frens
drinking softdrinks vs drinking alcohol
gossiping bout who's attached vs sharing info bout your own boyfren. wahahhaha!

yay, looking forward to next week. meeting up with a few jc frens, the 3 old friends as mentioned above (ya again.) for kbox! = )

Unexpected

WAh! Can't believed I actually went clubbing on a Wed night... when I have a 8.30 morning seminar the next day! Ok it wasn't intentional! I meant to return back to hall after meeting up with my classmates at this nice place in Clarke Quay- place called sth like Iguana. We met up to celebrate a fren's birthday... and we met at like 11pm coz that place serves drinks at 1/2 price after 12am. haha. Hmm. To be honest, I like the taste of certain alcoholic drinks. hee. But not to worry, I know when to stop. I won't allow myself to lose my image in public.

And after that I couldn't find anybody who wanted to return hall, coz they wanted to drop by MOS- it's ladies' night anyway. Ok ... so I went. It's my 3rd time at a club. Ah. It wasn't a very bad experience lah, but just that clubbing is not my cup of tea. I don't know how to appreciate. And I can't shake and move very well too. LOL. But it's interesting to watch the way how some pple dance. the HOT vs the ... URGH.

first week of 2007

New Year! So far I've nothing interesting to post... Coz I didn't do much ... That's why I've picked up my Harry Potter books and started reading from Book 1. I'm at the begining of Book 6 now! It's still interesting, even though it's my third time reading the book. I was still cursing the irritating Umbridge woman, still guessing whether is Snape really bad, whether Dumbledore will rise from the dead... Lol. Can't wait for the 5th movie in July! And the last and final Potter book!

= ) Met up with my VJ classmates and had a nice dinner (main chef: Eddie Chin) with them at Charlene's cute little Polly-pocket style house. And we played Monopoly and Scrabble! haha Was hilarious when Jing and partner, Yuwadae, had a streak of bad luck from the begining until they escape out of jail.

Had a softball gathering at Clara's place on Sat. Duncan's birthday! He had a cake in the shape of a dogbone... hehe so cute. Coach looks happy whenever she's playing with Duncan, and I feel happy that she's happy too! haha Went back to hall that night with Pig. Had a game in the morning, we won = ) And after that we spent the afternoon cleaning the room! Windows, fans, cupboard, floor ... ... ... So tired after we finished cleaning ... but yay, we have a nice and clean room now = )

I so wanna go somewhere beachy with nice white sand and clear waters, to snorkel, jet ski and for some banana boating!!! Wheeeeheeeeeheeee

Oh hehe, i'm picking up Malay this sem!
Excited!

Happy 2007!

One year ago, it was me, Pig and Stacy at her house sitting in front of the TV waiting for the countdown. We behaved like kids as usual, entertaining ourselves with kiddy party hats and those blowing thingy.

This year, I had an equally pleasant New Year celebration, with my dearest Pig, Stacy, Germ and Ber!!! = ) Invited them over for steam boat dinner and we played all night until we knocked off at about 3am. Mahjong, UNO slam and Indian Poker kept us entertained. Stacy brought over a bottle of wine from Thai Express (lol) and … hehe, since we didn’t really know how to appreciate wine, we used it for forfeit. The one with the reddest face obviously drank the most. No prize for guessing who, so obvious~ Pssst.. her face is almost the same colour as her top!

After sending Germ off, the rest of us went around taking pictures = ) Went to the playground to play a bit… heehee I haven’t been there since… dunno when! I miss the good old kiddy days when u just run off to the playground after school. Wo men zhang da le! We also sang songs on the swing (very loudly) until we almost fell asleep. Hey, i like our 4 person duet of wuding. hehe

After we got back to my house, pig just plopped onto the sofa and slept soundly until morning! Must be the wine. So… Stacy and I decided to take advantage of the situation to… ... Hehehehehehe. Presenting.... our masterpiece!

What a great way to kick off 2007! Love ya all ladies! = )
